Shoutbox Pro 1.2 beta 2 has been released. It contains two fixes for the community builder integration. If you don't use community builder there's no need to upgrade.
At the same time I'm working on the next version of the shoutbox, both free and pro. I can't tell you all the new things yet but there are at least 2 long requested features in it 
I hope to release it in about 2 weeks.
